We're hiring Truck Team Leads to take charge on-site, work alongside a helper, and represent our brand with professionalism and pride.
What You'll Do:
- Drive a 1-ton, 3-ton, or 5-ton truck (Class 5 license required).
- Lead a small crew — keep the job on schedule and help with loading/unloading.
- Talk to customers, keep job notes, and communicate with dispatch.
- Occasional upsell or provide basic quotes (we'll train you on this).
- Perform cleanups and light demolition work.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with 1+ year experience (1–5 ton trucks).
- Strong communicator and physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs).
- Leadership mindset — take initiative and support your teammate.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different conditions.
Skills & Certifications (Nice to Have):
- Asbestos Awareness or Removal Certification,
- Handyman skills — basic repair, use of power tools, or small demo experience.
- Forklift, First Aid, or Safety certifications are a plus.
- Any experience in construction, junk removal, or moving is valued.
