We're looking for a dependable <b>Warehouse Associate</b> to support our field teams and ensure our operations run efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p><br></p><p>The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing electrical materials, tools, and equipment. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping our job sites supplied and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Pick, prepare, and stage job-specific material orders for field crews, organized by hall or work area.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Track inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and notify management of shortages or required replenishment.</li><li>Assist with tool management, including repairs, check-ins, and check-outs.</li><li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and site supervision to ensure timely deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks and staging materials on-site.</li><li>Maintain awareness of handling and staging needs for owner-supplied equipment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous warehouse or material handling experience (construction/electrical preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with electrical materials is an asset (training can be provided)</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Valid driver's licence and clean driving record</li><li>Forklift certification an asset</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for training and career advancement</li><li>Supportive team culture and a stable, growing company</li><li>Overtime opportunities depending on workload</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li>Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to <b></b> with the subject line Warehouse Associate - Your Name .</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
