What You’ll Do
As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll own the success of our Ontario fulfillment center and help us scale to the next level.
- Lead Operations: Oversee all aspects of the site—from inbound receiving and inventory control to outbound shipping.
- Process & Quality Control: Maintain a clean, efficient, and accurate warehouse that meets 247 Fulfillment’s high standards.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a team of All‑Stars. Delegate with confidence and develop others into leaders.
- Hands‑On Leadership: Expect to be on your feet. This is an active, fast‑moving role (about 20% desk work).
- Autonomy & Impact: Report to the Operations Manager with the authority to make decisions and the support to execute them.
- Lead the pickers, packers and supervisors.
- Shift scheduling & temp‑staffing when necessary.
- Ensure inventory is accurate in all locations at all times.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organized facility.
- Oversee material stock levels to ensure facility has sufficient packaging, void fill and accessories.
- Work with Ops manager + supervisors to rework layout as needed to maximize space and improve operations.
What You Bring
- Proven success in inventory and warehouse management (3+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership that earns respect and inspires performance.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (experience with ShipHero is a huge plus).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool.
- Excellent communication skills with both your team and clients.
