We operate twoBRC certified state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.</p><p><strong>Our location in London, ONhas an opening for Warehouse Relief Team Lead.</strong></p><p><strong><strong>Position Description</strong>:</strong><br />TheWarehouseTeam Lead provides leadership, direction, coaching, and training to warehouse personnel. They are responsible and accountable for performance standards and ensure company policy, procedure, and duties are followed and maintained at all times. Team leads are role models for performance excellence.</p><p><strong>Team Lead Responsibilities & Duties: </strong><em>(this is meant to be an outline, not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)</em></p><ul><li>The direction of department staff and assignment of duties, training of procedures, processes and policy</li><li>Planning and organization of daily operating functions and responsibilities</li><li>Coordination of tasks, priorities and responsibilities</li><li>Effectively communicating with other departments in order to ensure we achieve organizational results</li><li>Various team lead and operating functions as they relate to the effective operation of the department</li><li>Adherence to procedures, safety practices, policy and holding others accountable for the same</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Valid, up-to-date forklift certification</li><li>MUST have experience driving both Standup Reach and Counter Balance Ryder forklifts</li><li>Focused on detail, accuracy, and a good understanding of inventory control.</li><li>Scheduling flexibility, comfortable working in a cool working environment</li><li>Ability to work independently, well organized, effective judgment, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task</li><li>Leads the workforce by setting high standards for safety, punctuality, attendance, enthusiasm, work ethic andpersonal effort</li><li>Strong communication, conflict resolution skills, demonstrated leadership</li><li>Ability to make change quickly and respond to unplanned situations</li><li>Proficient with computer applications comfortable learning new systems</li></ul><p></p><p>Shift Schedule: Wednesdayto Saturday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.</p><p>Probationary Rate: Warehouse $24.79/ hr. - Team Lead $27.20/hr.</p><p>Full Rate: Warehouse $27.55/ hr. - Team Lead $30.22/hr.</p><p></p><p><strong>About Dessert Holdings</strong></p><p>Dessert Holdings is a collection of premium dessert companies and brands: The Original Cakerie, Lawler&#39;s Desserts, Atlanta Cheesecake Company, Steven Charles, Dianne&#39;s Fine Desserts, Kenny&#39;s Great Pies, and Willamette Valley Pie Company.
