Reporting to the Director, Web Strategy within the marketing organization, this role is responsible for ensuring Equinix.com remains accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include executing and maintaining website updates, managing content workflows within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and translating marketing and design requests into engaging, compliant, and technically sound web experiences.</p><p>At Equinix, we value diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This role plays an important part in ensuring our web content meets accessibility standards and reflects our commitment to inclusive design.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and publish website content updates (landing pages, navigation elements, etc.) in our CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA)</li><li>Upload, curate, and publish assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager for use on web pages according to naming conventions and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to translate content requests/gather requirements into actionable, high-quality web deliverables</li><li>Ensure content displays correctly across browsers and devices (desktop, tablet and mobile); troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues promptly in collaboration with XP design and engineering</li><li>Work cross-functionally within the team to improve workflows, governance, and efficiency in the content publishing process</li><li>Follow and maintain documentation of publishing processes, workflows, and updates to ensure operational consistency</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience managing and publishing content within an enterprise-level content management system</li><li>Knowledge of basic SEO principles and their impact on web content and design, and accountability for your role in upholding them</li><li>Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and a commitment to implementing best practices</li><li>Ability to organize, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations, with a strong attention to detail</li><li>Capacity to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and deadlines</li><li>Experience using project management tools; familiarity with Jira is helpful</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working within AEM and creating content and experience fragments</li><li>Experience managing international websites with a Translation Management System, tailored for multiple languages</li><li>Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows for content production and/or site optimization</li><li>Experience supporting website redesigns or large-scale transformations</li></ul><h3>Opportunities and Impact</h3><ul><li>Shape the digital experience for a global audience by ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and engaging</li><li>Collaborate across teams including XP design, engineering, content strategy, and the broader marketing org to deliver high-impact web experiences</li><li>Grow your career in a dynamic, global organization that values innovation and continuous learning</li></ul><h3>Pay</h3><p>United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 – 120,000 USD / Annual</p><p>Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 – 121,000 CAD / Annual</p><p>Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
