Devry Smith Frank LLP is an established, full-service law firm with over 60 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our Whitby location. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at an entrepreneurial firm with a collegial environment. The position will involve exposure to general civil litigation, with an opportunity to focus on and to develop expertise in one or more specific practice areas. Applicants must have excellent advocacy, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a partial portable book of business and 4+ years of related legal experience.
