Executive Assistant, Cash Management Group, Canaccord Genuity - Vancouver, BC <br>The Cash Management Group at Canaccord Genuity is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our high-performance team. Our group manages over $5 billion in client assets and employs like-minded individuals who come to our office every day with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and grit. <br>

The successful candidate will work with our executive team based out of our downtown Vancouver office to support the Cash Management Group. Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. <br>
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. <br>
Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. <br>
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor intelligence to support growth strategies. <br>
Track, manage, and update business development pipelines, leads, and partnership opportunities. <br>
Draft outreach communications, proposals, and pitch materials. <br>
Assist in building and maintaining CRM systems and business development tools. Have strong daily habits of utilizing Salesforce. <br>
An undergraduate degree or higher level of education is preferred; <br>
Minimum 2 to 3 years of similar executive or office management experience; <br>
Comfortable using cloud and Android applications: WhatsApp, Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs,) Box, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Slack; <br>
