<p>1. Strategic Sales Leadership</p><p>Lead the Canada sales team to achieve annual and quarterly strategic sales targets; develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies across Canada.</p><p>Collaborate closely with the Executive General Manager to implement company-wide sales initiatives, optimize sales processes, and drive sustainable revenue growth.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Market Development & Key Account Management</p><p>Develop new customer segments and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients across the Canadian wind power market.</p><p>Conduct market intelligence activities including customer demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.</p><p>Support strategic decision-making through in-depth understanding of provincial energy policies, utility procurement mechanisms, and developer requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Order Execution & Commercial Risk Control</p><p>Oversee end-to-end sales operations in Canada, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, documentation, delivery coordination, and payment collection.</p><p>Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Canadian energy policies, and internal KPI requirements to secure profitability and risk control.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Cross-functional Collaboration</p><p>Work closely with R&D, engineering, finance, legal, and supply chain teams to support product certification, technical solutions, localization requirements, and financing structures.</p><p>Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance brand presence and support long-term market penetration in Canada.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Compliance & Regulatory Management</p><p>Stay up to date with Canadian import/export regulations, renewable energy policies, provincial permitting requirements, and industry standards.</p><p>Proactively identify and manage regulatory, contractual, and operational risks in overseas sales activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>1. Education & Experience</p><p>Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or related disciplines.</p><p>Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in wind turbine or renewable energy sales management, preferably with exposure to the Canadian or North American market.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Industry Expertise</p><p>Strong understanding of the Canadian wind power market, including developers, utilities, EPCs, and regulatory stakeholders.</p><p>Proven experience in market positioning, product planning, certification strategy, and commercialization within the renewable energy sector.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Core Competencies</p><p>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in complex cross-border environments.</p><p>Results-driven, resilient, and capable of managing high-pressure, fast-changing market conditions.</p><p><br></p><p>4.
