You will be required to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in compliance with company regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities & Functions:</p><ul><li>Provide technical assistance and repair support to servicing dealers.</li><li>Deliver technical support to sales and internal support teams.</li><li>Guide dealers on warranty eligibility and repair procedures.</li><li>Review and adjudicate dealer warranty claims.</li><li>Analyze and repair critical product failures, provide end-user technical support, maintain accurate activity logs and reporting, and perform additional tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications & Skills:</p><ul><li>Fluently bilingual - English/French - Spoken and Written.</li><li>Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years in electrical/mechanical sales, technical support, or service management.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to quickly gather, analyze, and share information effectively.</li><li>Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications and connected digital collaboration environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
