Job Description
Our client, a respected national organization specializing in providing innovative solutions to the construction and infrastructure sectors, is looking for a Business Development Representative to help establish and grow their presence in the Atlantic Canada market.
This is a fully on-site role based in Halifax, NS, offering an exciting opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial professional to build a new territory from the ground up — backed by a strong brand with excellent marketing, operations, and sales support.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors within the Maritimes
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and establish a strong regional presence
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and solution-based selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Travel regularly within the region to meet with clients and explore new opportunities
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Background in B2B or industrial sales, ideally within a project-based or service-oriented environment
- Proven ability to develop new markets and generate new business
- Established network or familiarity with the Maritime construction and infrastructure market
- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
