Vos missions



  • Anticiper les besoins de nos clients et les placer au cœur de toutes vos actions

  • Diriger, coacher et motiver les collaborateurs afin d’atteindre les objectifs et de favoriser leur développement

  • Veiller au respect des normes de merchandising et des standards opérationnels

  • Être responsable des résultats commerciaux du département et des objectifs financiers


Profil recherché



  • Excellentes compétences en service client et aptitude à fidéliser la clientèle

  • Une expérience préalable spécifique au département sera un atout

  • Créer un environnement de travail positif en développant des relations et en engageant les collaborateurs

  • Expérience préalable en management dans le commerce de détail ou la restauration

  • Disponibilité requise en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés
