We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Testing Quality Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath, and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for RPA workflows.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of RPA bots.
  • Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
  • Validate bot behavior across environments and ensure alignment with business logic.
  • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and reusable assets.
  • Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Support UAT and production deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in RPA testing.
  • Hands‑on experience with Blue Prism and UiPath.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Python, VBScript).
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Added/Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps for building and testing low‑code applications.
  • RPA certifications in Blue Prism or UiPath.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
