Are you a skilled Application Developer with Guidewire experience looking for your next challenge? Join a dynamic team where you'll lead the design and development of complex business applications under minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
- Lead design and development of complex application features for medium to large initiatives
- Drive technical solution design collaborating with analysts, developers, and business partners
- Create and maintain clear solution documentation and ensure team alignment
- Own the full software development lifecycle from requirement review to delivery
- Identify and mitigate integration and dependency risks early on
- Develop and configure software on enterprise frameworks while promoting continuous improvement
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor team members on coding best practices
- Support quality assurance through automated testing and test case reviews
- Foster agile methodologies across the delivery team
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Guidewire application development experience
- Proficiency with current programming languages, web services, and databases
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and Agile development environments preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
