<p><h3>Senior Director, Global Market Access and Pricing, Oncology</h3><h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>The Global Market Access & Pricing Lead Oncology (VYLOY) is responsible for the worldwide market access and pricing strategy for the product. They are the key interface between the GAVP team and all cross‑functional partners, co‑creation markets and beyond. They have the final responsibility for the overall Market Access and Pricing Strategy – development, roll‑out and implementation, including LCM, across all co‑creation markets and the wider organization. The Global Market Access Lead works closely with the AMT & GCT cross‑functional membership, and directly with all in‑scope markets to support and drive pricing and reimbursement. The Lead is responsible for bringing together complex payer requirements into a life‑cycle payer value proposition and tailored Market Access & pricing strategies to optimize asset value and support achievement of the Global Brand Score Card.</p>
<h3>Essential Job Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and drive execution of the Global Market Access and Pricing Brand Strategy through leading a multi‑disciplinary Value Access Strategy Team in co‑creation of a best‑in‑industry value position strategy which optimizes product payer leverage points through tailored and where needed innovative payer solutions.</li>
<li>Represent Global Market Access & VAST perspective on payer needs as a core member of the Asset Maximization Team and Global Co‑creation Team and impact Commercialization and evidence generation strategy in alignment with AMT co‑leads to optimize brand value under consideration of reimbursement & pricing requirements and dynamics.</li>
<li>Lead the development and implementation of innovative pricing and reimbursement strategies using value‑based methodologies that both capture optimal product value and support commercial strategy/product positioning for new indications.</li>
<li>Generate payer insights in relation to the product and dynamics impacting the product’s Market Access & Pricing prospects, analyze and develop market access and pricing strategy accordingly.</li>
<li>Develop and drive Access and pricing strategy which supports achievement of Global BSC.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of all key global payer healthcare systems and HTAs.</li>
<li>Develop global value story and global value dossier based on insights collated, identify areas needing Medical Affairs, Value Evidence, Clinical Development and Statistics input and seek analyses and evidence generation accordingly.</li>
<li>Define the payer value requirements for the evidence generation plan throughout the lifecycle of the product, identify areas needing MA & VE input and execution in evidence generation plans and establish alignment with critical functions such as Regulatory, Clinical Development, Statistics team and the co‑creation and sub‑co‑creation Markets and endorsement by senior leadership.</li>
<li>Driving horizontal, vertical and virtual collaboration, sharing best practice across the business and affiliates to sustainably grow Brand MAx effectiveness.</li>
<li>Building relationships to ensure a strong insight into local access dynamics and considerations, focused on all co‑creation markets and beyond within scope.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with MA/VE and Commercial and Development Leads at Global, Area and Affiliate level to deliver integrated Evidence Generation Plan (iEGP), Brand Market Access Strategic Plan, ensuring it is embedded within the integrated Global Brand Plan, Core Medical Plans and Global & regional development plans, and that customer‑relevant Global Brand Value Plans are developed and delivered.</li>
<li>Lead the Value Access Strategy Team (VAST) and represent GMAx and VAST on the Asset Maximization Team (AMT) and Global Co‑creation team (GCT).</li>
<li>Directly lead relationships with all co‑creation and in scope affiliate Market Access teams.</li>
<li>Actively identify areas of collaboration and ways in which market access can work effectively with VE and other key cross‑functional partners.</li>
<li>Conduct all Market Access activities in compliance with regulatory agencies, public policies and guidelines, and with corporate policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Other such duties may be reasonably required by the business.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree.</li>
<li>Prior global experience in a global pharmaceutical company.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical business experience which may include: Health Outcomes, Access and pricing, marketing, finance or related experience.</li>
<li>Market Access, Reimbursement or HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of strategy development and execution.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge / scientific background on the assigned products/TA.</li>
<li>Experience working in global position and working across regional organizations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Post‑graduate qualifications such as MBA and/or MSc or equivalent is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Other languages a plus, ideally of key markets.</li>
<li>Experience in working effectively across diverse cultures with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information, including complex policy and reimbursement information in business relevant language to diverse audiences.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Working Environment</h3>
<ul>
<li>This position is based in UK, EU or Canada and will require on‑site work.</li>
<li>Given the nature of the role there will need to be a moderate amount of international travel.</li>
</ul>
