Job Duties: Oversee the storage and organization of furniture inventory. Create and manage schedules for delivery and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and coverage. Train employees on job responsibilities, safety measures, and business regulations. Supervise the picking, packing, and preparation of furniture orders for timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule and monitor shipments. Address and troubleshoot any issues related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies, or order processing. Manage the requisition and inventory of packaging materials and supplies needed for furniture preparation and delivery. Prepare performance reports. Make arrangements for maintenance and repair work to ensure the efficient running of computer systems, machinery, and equipment.
