<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with software engineers, test engineers, and product managers from the beginning of the development cycle and be an integral part of the DDI products Agile Engineering team</li>
<li>Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites in response to the growing feature set and customer requirements</li>
<li>Work in a fast‑paced continuous integration and continuous delivery‑based engineering environment</li>
<li>Assist in developing our Cloud strategy, and design new Cloud environments and architecture</li>
<li>Build Cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks for deploying, managing, and monitoring SaaS applications running on AWS</li>
<li>Anticipate future technology needs and business requirements to drive new technological approaches and tools</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of overall experience</li>
<li>Experience with Python – Selenium and Requests Packages, boto3, Pytest, SSH protocol packages, and/or Kubernetes API</li>
<li>Experience in Agile/Scrum or full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and defect fixing</li>
<li>Experience in testing, including web‑based UI applications, Restful services, AWS, and Docker apps</li>
<li>DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) experience is ideal</li>
<li>Knowledge of Linux environments and general networking concepts</li>
<li>Work experience with Linux – Shell</li>
<li>Good understanding of networking, including OSI model, DNS, OSPF, BGPD, etc.</li>
<li>Work experience with Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins</li>
<li>Knowledge of micro‑services architecture and orchestrators such as Kubernetes is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in performance testing using various tools (Jmeter, IXIA, in‑house tools) and the ability to write tools</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE or EE is required</li>
<li>Masters in CS, CE or EE is preferred</li>
</ul>
<h3>Professional Growth Path</h3>
<p><strong>First 90 Days:</strong> Immerse yourself in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.</p>
<p><strong>Six Months:</strong> Understand our product and the end‑to‑end application flow, collaborate with different teams to provide the required production support, deliver the business requirements, and bring stability to the application and understand our automation framework and contribute to improving it.</p>
<p><strong>One Year:</strong> Focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of defects, proactively address some of the issues in application with Automation or Re‑use, which in turn would take care of re‑occurring defects and will give you additional bandwidth to focus on more development activities and register for training and certifications which would help you address application needs and benefit your career growth.</p>
