Solution Analyst - Guidewire
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst with strong Guidewire knowledge to support our core system transformation. You will gather requirements, lead analysis, support design, testing, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business & IT teams to define and document system requirements
- Create user stories, workflows, and support Agile delivery
- Identify dependencies, risks, and system impacts
- Support non-functional needs: monitoring, logging, performance
- Review and execute test cases with delivery teams
Requirements
- 5+ years as Solution/Application Analyst (Guidewire experience required)
- Guidewire Certification (Associate/ACE) preferred
- Knowledge of PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter
- Agile project experience
